Agreement
By accessing or using lyonsgroup.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Lyons Group, a Massachusetts hospitality management group.
What This Site Is
Lyons Group is a hospitality management and consulting company. Each restaurant, bar, or entertainment venue featured on this site is independently owned and operated and maintains its own website, reservations system, gift card store, and policies. This Site exists to showcase the portfolio, route private-event inquiries to the appropriate venue, surface career opportunities, and share press coverage. It is not a booking platform or a commerce site; reservations, gift cards, ticketing, and payment happen on individual venue sites or through their booking partners (OpenTable, Resy, Tock, etc.) under those services’ own terms.
Permitted Use
You may use this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes such as:
- Browsing the venue portfolio and clicking through to individual venue websites
- Submitting a private events inquiry, an employment inquiry, or a general contact message
- Reading press coverage and news content
- Sharing pages on social media in a non-commercial context
Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Scrape, mirror, or systematically download content from the Site without our written permission — this includes automated harvesting of venue information, images, or contact data for any commercial purpose
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or design assets
- Introduce malware, viruses, denial-of-service traffic, or any other harmful code or activity
- Use the Site to transmit unsolicited promotional material to anyone associated with Lyons Group or its venues
- Bypass, disable, or interfere with security or access-control features of the Site
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, photography, logos, design, and the compilation of all of it — is owned by Lyons Group or used under license, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The “Lyons Group” name and the names of the venues featured on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and use the Site for the permitted purposes above. We do not grant any other rights. Nothing on the Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, framed, or republished for commercial purposes without our written consent.
User Submissions
When you submit content to us through a form on the Site (an event inquiry, a job application, a comment, a resume), you represent that the content is accurate, that you have the right to submit it, and that submitting it doesn’t violate anyone else’s rights. You grant Lyons Group and the relevant venue a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to respond to your inquiry, evaluate your application, and improve our services. We don’t use submitted content for marketing or publication without your explicit consent.

Independent Venues
The venues featured on this Site are independently owned and operated. When you click “Visit Site” or follow a link to a venue’s own website, you leave lyonsgroup.com and enter a third-party site governed by that venue’s own terms, privacy policy, and accessibility statement. Lyons Group is not responsible for the content, services, products, or practices of those third-party sites — including the accuracy of menus, pricing, hours, reservations availability, or any transactions you make there.
Third-Party Links and Embeds
The Site may include links to or content from third parties — press articles, social media embeds, mapping services, fonts, analytics. We don’t control those services and we’re not responsible for what they do. Their use is governed by their own terms.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Lyons Group does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, that the information on the Site is current or accurate at any given moment, or that any communication you submit will be received or acted upon within a particular timeframe.
Hours, menus, capacity, availability, pricing, and policies for individual venues are controlled by those venues and may change without notice. Always confirm directly with the venue before relying on any specific detail.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Lyons Group, its affiliates, and the venues featured on this Site are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). Some jurisdictions don’t allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lyons Group, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and contractors from any claim or demand — including reasonable attorneys’ fees — arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Accessibility Statement, are the entire agreement between you and Lyons Group regarding your use of this Site.
